Note: Completion of the online learning module is not required for employees who attended an in-person Western Accessibility learning session offered in 2009-2010. If this is the case for you, the OWL course is available for optional review purposes.

Training records are to be kept as per AODA requirements.
Leaders are to keep electronic records of any AODA training completed that takes place outside of Western’s online module. Using Excel, record the person’s name, date of training, and employee ID number if applicable. You will be asked to provide training records to Human Resources upon request.
Completion of online training will be recorded in the person’s Human Resource record.
